RightWords is designed for sensitive communication. We minimize data collection and do not store your message content.

What we collect

• Anonymous usage data: basic operational metrics (e.g., request counts, success/failure, and character counts) to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.
• Device identifier: a random identifier stored in your browser (used to apply daily limits and determine Plus access).

What we do not collect

• We do not store your message content. Messages you paste or generate are processed to create your result and then discarded.
• We do not sell personal information.

How your message is processed

When you submit text, it is sent securely to our server and processed by our AI provider to generate your result. We do not retain the message text after processing.

Payments

If you purchase RightWords Plus, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Stripe may provide us limited purchase details (such as subscription status) for access and support.

Data retention

Operational logs (not message content) may be retained for a limited period to maintain reliability and prevent abuse.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

You can stop using RightWords at any time. You may also clear your browser storage to reset the device identifier; doing so may affect usage limits and access until Plus status is re-verified.
